An insightful television talk show, Breakfast at the Barracks features Rutgers faculty, staff, students, and alumni whose eclectic work impacts the university, the state, and beyond. The show was envisioned to focus on work at Rutgers that helps with New Jersey's and the nation's challenges. Breakfast at the Barracks also features provocative honorary guests and panels, from renowned author Judy Blume to Dr. Carl Djerassi, inventor of the birth control pill.

The program is hosted by Bil Leipold, Associate Vice President for Academics and Operations, Continuing Studies, and it is recorded in front of a live audience. Members of the community, including academic classes, are invited to participate on our studio audience.
